Shipping Policy
1. Customs Clearance
The buyer is responsible for cooperating with customs clearance in the destination country or region. If the buyer fails to provide the required documents or information in time, resulting in delay, return, or destruction of the package, the seller shall not be held liable.
2. Unattended Delivery or Incorrect Address
Once the package has been shipped, if it cannot be delivered due to any of the following reasons, the courier company will generally not return the package, and the we shall not be liable:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
The recipient is unavailable or no one resides at the delivery address;
The buyer refuses to receive the parcel or fails to cooperate with customs clearance.
3. Insurance and Compensation
Buyers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If no insurance is purchased, neither the seller nor the courier company will be responsible for any loss, damage, or force majeure incidents that occur during transit.
4. Risk of Loss
Once the package is handed over to the courier company, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. The buyer should decide whether to purchase insurance based on their own needs.
